They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sunlight on them, nor any heat. For the lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

This is one of the most comforting passages in all literature. It teaches that our loved ones are in a place of peace and beauty. They are under the watchful care of God and regularly experience His tenderness. The deep hunger and thirst of their souls has been satisfied. God, like a loving mother, puts His protection over them and with a kindly hand wipes away every tear from their eyes. This He has done for your dear ones who have crossed over to the other side.

If you learn to love this passage and meditate upon it, He will wipe away every tear from your eyes, also.
